Common questions
What does the physical inspection involve?
Our team visits the property, verifies the unit matches the listing photos, checks for disclosed issues, and confirms the landlord is on-site and legitimate. It takes about 30–45 minutes.
How long does verification take?
We aim to complete inspections within 3–5 business days in Metro Manila, Cebu, and Davao. Other areas may take longer. You'll get an email when your badge is live.
Can I upgrade from Verified to Philippines Ready later?
Yes. You pay the difference (₱1,500) and we do a follow-up check on the foreign-eligibility and payment requirements. No need to re-inspect the unit.
Do agent subscriptions include the inspection fee?
Yes. Pro and Agency subscribers can request verification for any of their listings at no extra charge. Starter subscribers pay the per-listing verification fee.
What if my listing doesn't pass inspection?
We'll give you a detailed report on what needs to be fixed. Once addressed, we'll re-inspect at no extra charge within 30 days.
Is there a contract or lock-in for subscriptions?
No. All subscriptions are month-to-month. Cancel any time — your listings stay live until the end of the billing period.
