Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using PH Unlocked (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including property seekers, property owners, real estate agents, and any other visitors.

PH Unlocked is a property listing directory. We provide a venue for property owners and agents to advertise properties, and for property seekers to find and contact them. PH Unlocked is not a party to any rental, sale, or accommodation agreement between users. We do not: — Handle payments, deposits, or escrow on behalf of any party — Manage properties or act as a landlord — Provide legal, financial, or investment advice — Guarantee the accuracy of any listing All transactions are conducted directly between the listing owner and the property seeker.

Property owners and agents who create listings on PH Unlocked are responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate, current, and compliant with applicable Philippine law. You must have the legal authority to advertise the property. You must not list properties that: — You do not own or have authority to rent or sell — Are subject to undisclosed encumbrances, disputes, or legal impediments — Use false or misleading descriptions, prices, or photographs PH Unlocked reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.

"Verified" badges on listings indicate that PH Unlocked has completed a basic identity check of the listing owner and confirmed their stated authority to list the property. Verification does not constitute an endorsement of the property, its condition, title status, or the accuracy of any listing details. Property seekers are strongly advised to: — Verify land or condo titles at the relevant Registry of Deeds before transacting — Visit the property in person before making any payment — Have legal documents reviewed by a qualified Philippine lawyer

You may not use the Platform to: — Post fraudulent, misleading, or scam listings — Harvest contact information for spam or unsolicited marketing — Attempt to circumvent security measures or interfere with platform operation — Copy, scrape, or reproduce listing data without written permission — Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose under Philippine law Violation may result in immediate account suspension and referral to appropriate authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PH Unlocked shall not be liable for: — Any loss arising from a transaction between a property seeker and a listing owner — Inaccurate listing information provided by third-party owners or agents — Loss or damage resulting from fraudulent listings despite reasonable verification efforts — Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages PH Unlocked's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid to PH Unlocked by the user in the twelve months preceding the claim.

The PH Unlocked name, logo, and Platform design are owned by PH Unlocked. Content contributed by listing owners (photos, descriptions) remains the property of the contributor, but by uploading to the Platform you grant PH Unlocked a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and promote that content on the Platform and in related marketing materials.

We collect and use personal information in accordance with Philippine Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012). Contact details submitted through the Platform (enquiry forms, listing applications) are used solely for the purpose for which they were submitted. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

PH Unlocked reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
